Oscars 2011 Superlatives Go To Kirk Douglas, Christian Bale, More Really, how else could we honor 'He Doesn't Own a Shirt'?
Best Attempt to Make the Show Run Long:
Kirk Douglas' assigned task was to hand out the Best Supporting Actress, but when the 94-year-old actor finally reached the microphone, he was in no hurry to cede the spotlight. Douglas joked with James Franco, flirted with Anne Hathaway, and made random references to laughing Australians and austere Brits. It was touching and awkward and utterly memorable. And it felt like it lasted 15 minutes.
Most Surprisingly Great Speech:
This one is a tie between Christian Bale (Supporting Actor) and "King's Speech" writer David Seidler (Original Screenplay). Bale surprised even himself when he fought off tears while thanking his wife and daughter. Seidler, meanwhile, happily acknowledged being the oldest person ever to win Original Screenplay; not only is he a proud late-bloomer, he's a shining and articulate example of the ways in which a person can overcome a stutter.

Charlie Sheen 'Today' show interview: I've got tiger blood, Adonis DNA, and I'm tired of pretending I'm not special
Charlie Sheen says he's a warlock with tiger blood and Adonis DNA who deserves to be making $3 million an episode for "Two and a Half Men." He says CBS, which shut down production on the show for the remainder of the season after last week's rants, owes him "a big one, publicly, while licking my feet." He says he cured his own addiction problems by closing his eyes and making it so. "I'm tired of pretending I'm not special," he tells NBC's Jeff Rossen. "You can't process me with a normal brain."
Perhaps the best moment of the must-see interview, filmed Sunday at the Beverly Hills home Sheen now shares with his two "goddesses" (a porn star and a model), came when Rossen asked Sheen whether he was now sober. "Look at me," says the haggard, ranting Sheen. "Duh!"
Sheen (who also gave an interview to ABC that will air tomorrow) says that CBS is waging a war against him. "They're trying to destroy my family, so I take great umbrage with that. And defeat is not an option. They picked a fight with a warlock." When asked exactly CBS was trying to destroy Sheen's family, he said: "They're trying to take all my money and leave me with no means to support my family," says Sheen, who admits he has been making "roughly" $2 million an episode this year and says he's got a number of great movie offers on the table.
Sheen, who has struggled with sobriety for two decades, also targeted Alcoholics Anonymous once again, saying the 12-step program was authored by a "broken-down fool who was a plagiarist ... They think it was a one-size-fits-all, but it didn't fit me." He doesn't rule out some Champagne or wine in the future, because, after all, that's how one celebrates. But he's not worried about slipping back into addiction. That script, he says, "was written for nomal people, people who aren't special, people who don't have tiger blood and Adonis DNA." (You'd think someone with Adonis DNA wouldn't require some help in the hair department, though.)

UFC 127 Results: UFC 127 results continue and Alchemist MMA, the team that manages UFC 127 fighter Jorge Rivera, offer a statement regarding their take on the fight with Michael Bisping.Tonight's fight between Jorge Rivera and Michael Bisping at UFC 127: Penn vs. Fitch was incredibly controversial. It wasn't just the illegal knee in the first round. It was also the pre-fight smack talk and the post-fight antics from Bisping. Namely, spitting on Rivera's corner and telling Rivera, "Loser, go home".
Alchemist MMA, who managers Rivera, sent this messge to SB Nation MMA along with other media outlets:
"For the Jorge Rivera - Michael Bisping fight - the knee was illegal and flush on the face. But instead of taking a dive and possibly the win, Jorge fought on. Bisping tagged Jorge while BOTH of his knees were on the canvas. He wasn't the same afterward but fought on anyway. How many fighters would be able to fight on after that?
The stoppage was quick, but we won't fight it. He won. That's all there is to it. But for all his talk of being a professional, Bisping spit on Rivera's coaches when the fight was over. How can you claim to be a professional after that?"
You can't, although I doubt this will affect the UFC's image or bottomline in any meaningful capacity. At the time of this writing, the post-fight press conference has not started. It will be interesting to see if UFC President Dana White has offers any punitive action regarding Bisping's behavior.

Are Banks Open On Presidents Day So I was getting ready to go and do business today and I noticed that many of them were closed down. I started looking around and then I saw signs for President Day Sale 2011. Ah so that is the problem, it’s a holiday! This leads many people to the question Are banks open on presidents day?
If you are asking “Are banks open on presidents day?” I am going to have to say that’s most likely a no. If you need money badly enough you may want to go to a payday advance place since they rarely ever close. I know this isn’t what you wanted to hear when you asked “Are banks open on Presidents Day?”

Trevor Bayne shocks : This year's Daytona 500 was blanketed with emotion on the 10-year anniversary of the crash here that killed Dale Earnhardt, the iconic NASCAR champion known even to casual fans of stock car racing.
But Trevor Bayne, a Knoxville, Tenn., native who was about to turn 10 years old when Earnhardt died on the last lap of NASCAR's crown-jewel race, marked a different 10-year milepost at Daytona with a shocking upset Sunday. After surviving a spree of crashes that collected many of NASCAR's top drivers, Bayne held off a charging Carl Edwards and David Gilliland to win a wild Daytona 500 for the Wood Brothers — a once-famous team that fell on hard times and hadn't won a NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race since the year Earnhardt died.
Bayne did so one day after turning 20, becoming the youngest winner in the 53-year history of the Daytona 500 by a wide margin. Jeff Gordon previously held the record, winning the 1997 race at 25.
The win also came in only Bayne's second race in NASCAR's premier series; he mainly competes in its second-tier Nationwide Series.
The Wood Brothers "gave me a rocket ship" of a car, Bayne said, a No. 21 Ford that was painted in the same red, white and gold colors that made the team famous in the 1960s and '70s with such legendary NASCAR drivers as Cale Yarborough and David Pearson.
Pearson, in fact, was the last Wood Brothers driver to win the Daytona 500, in 1976.
"I never expected to be sitting here," Bayne said after celebrating in Victory Lane, which he briefly had trouble finding after crossing the finish line. "I can't thank these guys enough. It's incredible. This will be the best birthday celebration I've ever had."

DAYTONA BEACH, FLA. — We knew that the two-by-two racing would play a significant role in Sunday's Daytona 500. And we knew that Michael Waltrip would have a significant role on the 10th anniversary of his landmark 2001 win. As it turns out, both storylines blended early in the race, with catastrophic effect.
In Lap 29, Michael Waltrip, pushing David Reutimann, got misaligned and spun Reutimann, triggering a wreck that took out literally one-third of the field. Jimmie Johnson, Jeff Gordon, Brian Vickers, Greg Biffle, Marcos Ambrose and feel-good story Brian Keselowski were among those collected in the wreck.
Coincidentally, Waltrip had spun out Kyle Busch earlier in the race in almost exactly the same way. But in that incident, Busch didn't hit anyone, and was able to get back in the mix with little lost but some sheet metal. Reutimann and the huge pack around him weren't quite so lucky.
"I'm involved in both [spins] and I don't know what I could have done different," Waltrip said afterward. "... I just hate it. I hate it that my cars got tore up and I hate it that you have to be so aggressive so early. Maybe you don't. Probably now you can see that probably waiting around would have been a good idea."
"It wasn't Mike's fault," Reutimann said.
But others could, and did, take issue with Waltrip.
"The first four, five, six rows, guys are pushing hard to maintain position," Gordon said. "You expect a little more patience further back, and that's not what I'm seeing now. Guys are so adamant about getting with their drafting partner and getting that push and getting up there into that top 6, 8 cars, some guys are getting in such trouble because of it."
The new points system heavily penalizes drivers for poor finishes, and as a result the garage was a whirling nest of duct tape and welding torches as crews worked to get their cars back on the track. Johnson and Biffle were the first out of the garage, while Gordon, Reutimann and Vickers, among many others, could only wait as their crews hammered their cars back into some kind of race-ready shape.
Waltrip, his day done ("that's a hundred thousand right there," he said ruefully as he looked at his ruined front end), tried to stress the difficulty of this kind of racing. "When people watch and say (in a disappointed voice), 'What's this?' Damn! It's hard," he said. "You're just so focused. You're watching your temperature gauge. You're watching the car in front of you. You're wondering what's ahead. You're wondering what's coming up from behind. There are so many things happening mentally that it's almost impossible to keep up with."

Inherit the 'wind' According to the internet media, its all about the latest news and updates, internet media provided real hot topic information, that news latest updates is,
Can a powerful 'wind' turn the tables on Gov. Scott Walker?
The Illinois Wind Energy Association has started a campaign titled "Escape to Illinois," a not-too-subtle jab at our governor and his bid to steal businesses from the Land of Lincoln.
Earlier this month, Illinois leaders approved a 67 percent increase in that state's personal income tax rate and a 46 percent increase in its corporate tax rate.
Walker met that news with an ad campaign (sort of) targeting Illinois businesses. The governor openly, and frequently, invited business owners in Illinois to "Escape to Wisconsin."
However, buried in a Wisconsin regulatory reform bill proposed by Walker during the current special session is a measure that wind energy insiders say could shut down 12 of the state's wind farm projects, cost investors billions and essentially kill the industry here.
This has lead IWEA to give Walker a taste of his own medicine.

NEW YORK – A journalist resigned from his New York University fellowship Wednesday, one day after he posted derogatory comments on Twitter about CBS reporter Lara Logan as the news of her assault in Egypt was breaking.
"Jesus Christ, at a moment when she is going to become a martyr and glorified we should at least remember her role as a major war monger," Nir Rosen wrote on Twitter. He later added, "Look, she was probably groped like thousands of other women."
CBS has said the reporter was in Cairo on Friday when she, her team and their security "were surrounded by a dangerous element amidst the celebration."
Logan suffered "a brutal and sustained sexual assault and beating," CBS said. She was saved by a group of women and an estimated 20 Egyptian soldiers, the network said.
Rosen resigned from NYU's Center on Law and Security. He also took to Twitter to apologize.
"As someone who's devoted his career to defending victims and supporting justice, I'm very ashamed for my insensitive and offensive comments," he wrote.

Why didn’t NYU fire Nir Rosen over Lara Logan New York University’s Center on Law and Security allowed one of its fellows, Nir Rosen, to resign after he tweeted vile things about veteran CBS war correspondent Lara Logan, who sustained a brutal sexual assault and beating in Cairo during pro-democracy celebrations.
Why did the center’s executive director, Karen J. Greenberg, allow him to resign rather than to use the opportunity to take a tougher stand? Here's what she told me today:
“Nir has always been a really good supporter of the center and I think he realized he had overstepped his bounds.”
She said that the issue was decided by the two of them, and then said: “That’s how these things are done.”
For those who don’t know, Logan was with a CBS crew in Tahrir Square last Friday when they were surrounded by, a network statement said, “a mob of more than 200 people whipped into a frenzy. In the crush of the mob, [Logan] was separated from her crew. She was surrounded and suffered a brutal and sustained sexual assault and beating before being saved by a group of women and an estimated 20 Egyptian soldiers.”
The New York Post reported today that a network source reported that her attackers screamed, "Jew! Jew!" during the assault. A day earlier, Logan told Esquire.com that Egyptian soldiers who had hassled her and her crew accused them of being Israeli spies. Logan is not Jewish.
Rosen inexplicably decided to make something of a joke of the whole thing and put out a series of tweets, including:

Albert Pujols' decade of dominance : The noon ET deadline has passed for Albert Pujols and the St. Louis Cardinals to reach an agreement on a new contract. Does this mean that 2011 definitely will be Pujols’ last season in St. Louis? No, but if it is, then the Cardinals will be losing the services of one of the greatest players in the history of the game.
In fact, if you look at Pujols’ numbers from his first 10 seasons, they are absolutely stunning. The case can be made that Pujols has had the best first 10 seasons of any player in MLB history.
Don’t think so? Consider the following:
• One way to look at a player’s contributions (including pitching, hitting, base running and defense) is to look at his Wins Above Replacement (WAR). This measures how many more wins a team had with the player in the lineup than what they would have had if they had to replace him (taking into account his position). Baseball Reference has numbers that go back all time; however, the numbers are more estimates than actual the further you go back because of the lack of available data.

According to the internet media, its all about the latest news and updates, internet media provided real hot topic information, that news latest updates is,
Last week, I caught up with Fox News ambusher Jesse Watters at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington, DC and asked him about a recent Media Matters’ report that a former Fox News “insider” said that “stuff is just made up” at the network. However, instead of commenting on the story, Watters tried to belittle me. Thinking I was trying to “ambush” him, Watters said I was “a little JV” because I didn’t have a big camera crew, claimed I looked “nervous,” and even feigned victimhood at a slight brush up against his sport coat, saying, “Watch my blazer, bro.”
In appreciation for their star ambush reporter’s efforts to avoid commenting on how Fox makes stuff up, the network is now trying to spin my encounter with Watters. Bill O’Reilly last night aired a heavily edited clip of my interview with Watters and then attacked me personally (remember, O’Reilly once said he doesn’t do personal attacks):
O’REILLY: As you may know, Factor producer Jesse Waters occasionally does man on the street interviews with people who dodge the Factor. That has angered some on the far left and groups like ThinkProgress do not like Jesse. They are, of course, misguided. Anyway, some nebbish from that group caught up with Watters in Washington. [...]
This dopey Media Matters outfit, which is a Web site, ran some kind of blind report, right? … This moron comes out there and who’s — “are you making stuff up?” Most people say no, we don’t make stuff up. You were brilliant in the sense that you don’t even answer the question. This is stupid.

Pennsylvania teacher Natalie Munroe was suspended last week after posting profanity-laced rants online which called her students "out of control" and "disengaged, lazy whiners."
Now Munroe, who teaches in Doylestown, Pa., outside Philadelphia, is firing back, defending her blog.
"I don't think I did anything wrong," Munroe told ABC News. When asked if she was concerned anyone would find it, she said, "No, not really, not ever, in fact, it was up there for over a year, nobody found it."
The 30-year-old used the name "Natalie M" and never identified the name of the school in her posts that also lashed out against other teachers and administrators. But the blog did include a photo of herself and came to the attention of authorities. It has since been taken down.

On Tuesday (February 15), organizers announced the lineup for the 2011 Bonnaroo festival, a bill featuring plenty of nods to the fest's past (mainstays Widespread Panic, My Morning Jacket and the String Cheese Incident, to name a few), but also — most notably — two of the biggest hip-hop acts on the planet, Eminem and Lil Wayne.
And, sure, mainstream hip-hop headliners aren't exactly new for the 'Roo — Kanye West topped the bill in 2008, and Jay-Z did it last year — but the tandem of Em and Wayne marks a definite departure for the 10-year-old fest, one that members of its die-hard fanbase may have a hard time digesting, if only for the fact that it's such a departure from the days of old.
When West took the stage at 4:30 a.m. in '08 (a scheduling snafu he blamed, in part, on Pearl Jam running late with their set), those die-hards howled that Bonnaroo had moved too far from its roots. That deafening din was only amplified by the fact that the festival also featured Metallica as a headliner. And while we don't expect the same kind of outrage this year, we have to wonder if, by tapping the likes of Eminem and Wayne, Bonnaroo had forever alienated the fans who made the festival what it is today.

But if neither Eminem or Arcade Fire are your thing, check out some of the other options…

Stupidity, Intelligence, and Egypt If you want to understand why our power to influence world events is a shambles, you need only to listen to what came out of the White House, the CIA and the Director of National Intelligence this week in response to the crisis in Egypt.
Start with a point so basic that even liberals should agree with it: if you lack timely, accurate and expertly-analyzed intelligence on other peoples and nations, the making of foreign policy is reduced to mere guesswork. American policymakers have -- roughly since Jimmy Carter and his CIA director, Stansfield Turner, decided that we really don't need spies -- been reduced to guessing what the world is doing.
With President Obama in charge of the guesswork, American policy is apparently being made in disregard of what little intelligence there is. As I wrote on Egypt last week, Obama sided with the protesters, then with Mubarak and then again with the protesters who he assumed were aiming to establish a democratic government.
Throughout the crisis, Obama was content to dramatize his pretentiousness, doing his best to imply broadly that we had an influence on the outcome which we clearly do not. He assumed, without evidence, that the protesters uniformly demanded democracy and that if Mubarak fell, democracy would result. In his statement last Friday, Obama was taking credit for Mubarak's fall and urging the Egyptian military to accomplish a quick transition to democracy.
In response, the Egyptian junta suspended the nation's constitution and dissolved its parliament. It is now reportedly forcing protesters to leave Cairo's Tahrir Square.

Kati Kim on Her Family's Harrowing Ordeal : The Kims went missing on Thanksgiving 2006. Husband James, wife Kati and their two young daughters, Sabine and Penelope, had been on a road trip when a wrong turn left them desperately lost in the Oregon wilderness.
"Sabine is seven months old and Penelope is four, so we're just really worried about the kids," James Kim's sister, Eva Kim, told the media at the time.
Watch a special two-hour episode of "20/20" tonight at an earlier time, 9 p.m. ET for more on Kim's story.
After nine days, the Kims' car was spotted from the air. But for the family that had captivated the nation, it was no happy ending.
In an exclusive television interview with "20/20", Kati Kim recounted her family's harrowing ordeal.
Kati Kim was a 21-year-old student in Seattle when she met James Kim, 26.

The couple married in Las Vegas in 1999 and later had two daughters.

Can Google ever be a neutral news provider According to the internet media, its all about the latest news and updates, internet media provided real hot topic information, that news latest updates is,It is hard to think of many American business executives who have been detained for dissent against repressive regimes. It is more usual for them to be actively engaged in reinforcing dodgy dictatorships than tearing them down. But the brief imprisonment of Google head of marketing for the Middle East and North Africa, Wael Ghonim has heightened the sense that the search company is an active player in the democracy movement.
It is unclear what the view of Ghonim's activities are from the Googleplex.
Ghonim's 12-day detention in Egypt and his subsequent release have not been obviously marked or celebrated on the Google site, nor has its logo been decorated in his honour, as it is for events such as St Patrick's Day. Ghonim was not simply detained for working for Google. His arrest was more likely to be linked to his activism in the region. However Ghonim's activism is likely to have met with approval from Google's new chief executive and co-founder Larry Page.
Ghonim's detention was the second time Google had hit the headlines in relation to Egypt. The first time was the company's development of a censor-busting "workaround" in the form of a speak-to-Tweet service SayNow, aimed at Egyptians cut off from the internet .

Lady Gaga's 'Born This Way' Premieres Gaga channels '90s dance music on new track celebrating individuality.
Fun, empowering and over-the-top. Those are the first adjectives that come to mind upon hearing Lady Gaga's "Born This Way." \ Between Gaga's empowering lyrics and the music's heavy club influences, the song is set to appease her fans and pop lovers everywhere who had no idea what Gaga had up her meat sleeves for this highly anticipated single, which debuted early Friday morning (February 11).
At first listen, it sounds a lot like a '90s club anthem that could have been pulled right out Madonna's "Vogue" period, complete with rhythmic spoken-word parts. But upon a closer listen, Gaga's distinct voice makes the song all hers.
"It doesn't matter if you love him or capital H-I-M," she says on loop at the song's beginning, "because you were born this way, baby."
As synths crash into a beat, Gaga belts out the song's first verse, "My mama told me when I was young/ We are all born superstars." She then quickly moves into the chorus, and it's clear this song is meant to be heard in a big space. It's fast and hard-hitting.
Gaga sings/speaks in the middle of the song: "Don't be a drag, be a queen/ Whether you're broke or evergreen/ You're black, white, beige, chola descent/ You're Lebanese, You're Orient/ Whether life's disabilities/ Left you outcast, bullied or teased/ Rejoice and love yourself today/ 'Cause baby you we're born this way/ No matter gay, straight, or bi/ Lesbian, transgendered life/ I'm on the right track baby/ I was born to survive/ No matter black, white or beige/ Chola or Orient made/ I'm on the right track baby/ I was born to be brave."

Tom Bergeron Wife: BROOKLINE — In a series of portraits shot by photographer Kim Kennedy over the past year, dancers from the Boston Ballet appear to be falling from the sky. Their costumes, fashioned out of newspaper, show signs of fraying in mid-flight.
For Kennedy, who arranged the photo sessions around his hospital visits to receive chemotherapy, the images are nearly as personal as X-rays of his cancer-stricken body.
“It wasn’t planned, but they do show what I was going through,’’ Kennedy says during a lengthy, sometimes emotional interview at his Brookline apartment, which Tom Bergeron shares with his wife, Marina, and their daughter, Misha, 5. “When I finally spread the pictures out, you could see it.’’
He pauses to sip some juice, dehydration being one side effect of the latest drug regimen he hopes will save his life. “They’re not doing happy ballet pictures,’’ he continues, alluding to the exhibit, which is scheduled to go up at Boston Ballet headquarters this spring. “They’re floating, like I was floating. You can see it in their faces.’’ Kennedy takes another swallow. “The only time I felt normal was when I was shooting.’’
Kennedy, 49, a well-known local fashion photographer, is among the hundreds of cancer patients undergoing treatment in the Boston area at any given time. His yearlong battle with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, first diagnosed in January 2010, at an advanced (Stage 4) level, is unremarkable in that sense. Many other cancer patients and their loved ones have become achingly familiar with drugs such as Rituxan and Methotrexate, seen once-taut bodies swell while taking steroids, agonized over CAT scans and MRIs, and relied on potent pain medications to get them through another trying day.

Mark Sanchez 17 Year Old Hook Up Eliza Kruger– New York Jets star quarterback Mark Sanchez is being run over the coals for allegedly hooking up with a Eliza Kruger, a 17-year-old high school girl and very much a minor. But it’s being reported that the 24-year-old football star didn’t know how young his hook-up was. She supposedly lied about her age. So if he didn’t know she was underage. And even though she was 17, is that even a crime?
Not in New York or New Jersey. But it’s the idea of a grown man, a famous grown man, is dating a girl in high school that gives people pause. But should Mark Sanchez be publicly skewered for his alleged entanglement with this high schooler? Especially if he didn’t know. The two reportedly met at a Manhattan nightclub, which probably had an age requirement to get in, so he probably assumed she was older right off the bat. But Deadspin – in their interview with Eliza Kruger said:

Eliza Kruger: Mark Sanchez’s 17 Year Old Rich Lover! Eilza Kruger is now known by the world as the 17-year-old who hooked up with Mark Sanchez.
Eliza Kruger is now known as the 17-year-old teenage girl who hooked up with Mark Sanchez. Apparently while clubbing in Manhattan, Kruger met Sanchez and the two hit it off. Sanchez (24-years-old) took Kruger back to his Jersey pad and they hooked up. Eliza Kruger is no typical teen, her parents are extremely wealthy and I am willing to bet all of this bad press is not good for them.
You might ask yourself why a 17-year-old (Eliza Kruger) was out clubbing in Manhattan but who cares. Apparently Mark Sanchez has not broken any laws as Kruger is very much legal to hook up with. I am not saying it’s not morally wrong but it is perfectly legal. If Kruger wants to brag via Facebook that she hooked up with the New York Jets star QB then so be it. Her parents should have raised her a little bit better than that to be honest. I won’t be the one to judge though; she had a wonderful time and can now say she landed a star in the NFL.

Mark Sanchez used 17 year old girl for top flight money access The Mark Sanchez-17 year old girl scandal continues to get more dramatic. The New York Jets quarterback has been linked to Eliza Kruger and rumor has it the pair had a fling. New details about their relationship are being revealed day by day, although said details are all still rumors at this point.According091507-USCNeb-MarkSanchez v2 to DealBreaker.com, Sanchez went after Kruger because her dad is a partner in Stamford-based financial firm Five Mile Capital Partners and founder/former co-CEO of Greenwich Capital. A man like Mr. Kruger could give Sanchez some sound investment advice, which is what the website points out.
The base line of the story is that people think that Mark Sanchez had sexual relations with an under-aged woman. The reality is that the age of consent in New Jersey is 16, so there really isn't a "scandal." This leaves people trying to figure out if Sanchez had ulterior motives while carrying on his business with a high school student.

“You know I’m 17, right?” Eliza recounted of their first conversation.
Mark replied, “Well, we can still talk, but I can’t see you until you’re 18," to which Eliza Kruger helpfully reminded him, “17 is legal in New York.”
They kept in touch and Mark gave her tickets to the Jets vs. Bills game. Later that week, they went on a date and after the date, they hooked up.
Asked if the had relations, she said, “Yeah. We went back to his place in Jersey after dinner. He lives on a golf course. There was a big storm.”
Eliza also said she made sure to research the legality of dating a minor - 17 being the legal age of consent in New York and 16 in New Jersey.
“He’s a really nice guy,” Eliza said. “He’s a genuine person.”
She says he last texted her at 2 a.m. on Jan. 24, after he returned home from Pittsburgh where the Jets lost in the AFC Championship Game.
Being a school night, Eliza Kruger declined.
Kruger has since lawyered up, wary of having her name plastered across the Internet, compared it to to the Ashton Kutcher mistress situation.
“I don’t want that image,” she said.
It might be a bit too late for that.
Sanchez has yet to comment, but Jets did release a statement last week in response, saying: “We are not going to discuss Mark’s private life.”
What is it with Jets QBs? It was during his one year in New York that the Brett Favre-Jenn Sterger scandal took place. Then Sanchez took over.

Fitness icon Jack LaLanne, a man who pushed Americans to pump iron, eat better and lose weight for more than 70 years, has died. He was 96.
The so-called "godfather of fitness" died of respiratory failure from pneumonia in his Morro Bay, Calif. home Sunday afternoon, his longtime agent Rick Hersh told The Associated Press.
"I have not only lost my husband and a great American icon, but the best friend and most loving partner anyone could ever hope for," Elaine LaLanne said in a statement. The two had been married for 51 years.
LaLanne was a fitness pioneer, opening the first of his many exercise studios in 1936 in his hometown of Oakland, Calif. He focused on weight-training at a time when the idea of pumping iron was strictly taboo, especially for women.
"You have to understand that it was absolutely forbidden in those days for athletes to use weights. It just wasn't done. We had athletes who used to sneak into the studio to work out," he once said.
Athletic trainers believed bulking up would slow athletes down and women were supposed to look curvy and feminine, not athletic and toned.
"Back then, women weren't supposed to use weights. I guess I was a pioneer," LaLanne said.
LaLanne underwent a successful heart valve surgery two years ago and bounced back as strong and active as ever.
"He was amazing. He never lost enthusiasm for life and physical fitness," said former "Price is Right" host Bob Barker, 87, who said LaLanne's influence turned him on to a regular exercise regimen.
LaLanne became a household name after he launched a televised exercise program in the 1950s that aired until the 1970s. He would forever after be known for his dedication to healthy living and his signature one-piece belted workout suit.
"This is a nation of tired people," he said, in an effort to encourage people to exercise. "Everyone is suffering from that chroinc disease that I like to call pooped-out-itis."
"Inactivity is a killer," LaLanne once said. "The only way you can hurt the body is not use it."

MTV apparently doesn't think very highly of its viewers' intelligence or taste levels. The network has reportedly dropped Lauren Conrad's upcoming fashion reality show because it's "too high brow."
For this series, Lauren went less Hills and more September Issue. She filmed a documentary-style show that focused on her new fashion line Paper Crown rather than her personal life, but without the drama, MTV wasn't having it. Lauren stuck to her guns and issued this statement regarding the decision:
Lauren Conrad's new reality series has headed for the hills.
The program won't air on MTV because, Conrad says, the network felt the show was just "too high brow" for its viewers.
The documentary-style series was to follow Conrad as she launched her own line of evening wear, but the project remains on the shelf.
“We sold a show to MTV, filmed it, and are really proud of the final result,” Conrad tells Entertainment Weekly in a statement. “MTV felt the subject matter was too high brow for their audience and offered me the opportunity to change the show by incorporating more of my personal life. We agreed going into the project that this show would be an aspirational one, focusing on my career and my goals and not my personal relationships. We delivered the show that we sold and are sorry MTV didn’t feel their viewers were savvy enough to appreciate it.”
David Janollari, EVP, Head of Programming for MTV, confirms to EW, “It was a great attempt but it just didn’t feel like a perfect fit for us now.”
Janollari adds that the network is considering doing a special based on the already-shot footage, but that depends on finances and whether Conrad is still game.
Janollari assured EW that there are no hard feelings on MTV's side. "We love her!" the exec said. "We would love her on our network!”

SAN DIEGO, Calif. (KTLA) -- Third time is usually the charm - but not for Comic Con fans. The online ticketing system once again crashed Saturday morning as fans tried to buy passes for the vastly popular convention.
Users trying to access TicketLeap's website minutes before the tickets were scheduled to be available Saturday morning instead received error messages that the site was over capacity. The site was still down hours after the 9 a.m. start time. Despite refreshing, some reported seeing a page saying "We'll be right back. TicketLeap is currently down for maintenance."
TicketLeap was the third company organizers have contracted to host the July 21-24 event. A promising trial run of the site in December successfully allowed the sales of 1,000 four-day badges to the event.
Fans tweeting about their troubles sent the hash-tag topic #SDCC (San Diego Comic Con) to the top of the world-wide trending chart and went as far as blaming 'Twilight' fans for the meltdown. (The cast of the popular vampire film series is rumored to attend.)
"I mean, is it wrong of me to *assume* Comic Con #SDCC would have a freaking IT Geek under their belt?" wrote TrekJen.
